BROWNSTOWN/EWING MAIN STREET
(BEMS)

Established June 17, 2010 to facilitate the preservation, development and improvement of the downtown areas of Brownstown and Ewing. And, to preserve the historic building and create appealing green spaces in the downtown areas of both.

MISSION

To facilitate the preservation, development and improvement of the downtown areas of Brownstown and Ewing.

VISION

To preserve historic buildings and create appealing green spaces in the downtown areas of Brownstown and Ewing.

WHO HAS A STAKE IN THIS REVITALIZATION EFFORT?

Everyone does? The “face” of our community determines whether those driving through are going to stop – eat- shop – live or invest in a business or industry. Brownstown is a great place to live, raise families, go to church and school and do business. So let's do what is necessary to present a good face to everyone passing through.

We need your help to restore Brownstown's former charm and commercial viability.

Will you accept the challenge?

Send your tax deductible donations to Communitiy Foundation of Jackson County and designate them for the Brownstown / Ewing Main Street Fund (BEMS).
