***Additional $15 charge for 220V.+ $5 charge for each additional 5 ft. of space required

NO BOOTH REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED ON BOOTH CANCELLATIONS AFTER AUGUST 31, 2010

OFFICIAL FESTIVAL OPENING TIME: FRIDAY, SEPT 10, 11 A.M.
All booths must be set up after 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 9 and ready to open by 11 a.m. Friday morning. No late arrivals!
Your booth must be open and operating during the open hours of the festival.

Vendor opening and closing times: Friday, Sept. 10• 11a.m. – 10 p.m.;
Saturday, Sept. 11• 9 a.m. – 10 p.m.
Vendor teardown time: After 10 p.m. on Saturday Sept. 11 or on Sunday, Sept. 12
I/We the undersigned do hereby agree to follow the rules and guidelines set forth by the MelonFest Committee, the Jackson County Commissioners and the Town Council of Brownstown, Indiana. I/We also understand and do so agree not to hold the Brownstown MelonFest and/or its members responsible for any accidents, lost, stolen or damaged property.
