PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE MELONFEST TREASURER no later than one week prior to the festival, or paid in cash. No Vendor will be allowed to set up before payment is made. FOOD BOOTH APPLICATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE HEALTH DEPT. NO LATER THAN 10 DAYS PRIOR TO THE FESTIVAL. FOR-PROFIT FOOD BOOTHS WILL BE INSPECTED ONE HOUR BEFORE FESTIVAL BEGINS, SO PLEASE HAVE SOMEONE PRESENT.
Limited off-site motor home parking –please let us know if this is something you require
OFFICIAL FESTIVAL OPENING TIME: FRIDAY, SEPT. 10th @ 11 A.M.
All booths must be set up after 4:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 9 and ready to go by 11 a.m. Friday morning. No late arrivals!
Vendor opening and closing times: Friday, Sept. 10, 11a.m. – 10 p.m.
Saturday, Sept. 11, 9 a.m. – 10 p.m.
Vendor teardown time: After 10 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 11 or on Sunday, Sept. 12.
I/We the undersigned do hereby agree to follow the rules and guidelines set forth by the MelonFest Committee, the Jackson County Commissioners and the Town Council of Brownstown, Indiana. I/We also understand and do so agree not to hold the Brownstown MelonFest and/or its members responsible for any accidents, lost, , stolen or damaged property.
