10x20 space____________ $130/includes both days & 110 electricity + $5 charge for each add. 5 ft. of space or $10 for 220v or water

Payment must be received by the Melonfest treasurer no later than one week prior to the festival, or paid in cash. No Vendor will be allowed to set up before payment is made or contract signed.

Any live animal events, inflatables or mechanical amusements must submit a Certificate of Insurance in the amount of $1 million aggregate and must include an endorsement that lists
Brownstown Melonfest Inc. and the Town of Brownstown as “additional insured.”

OFFICIAL FESTIVAL OPENING TIME: FRIDAY, SEPT. 9 @ 11 A.M.
All booths must be set up between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m. Friday morning.
Those wishing to set up Thursday evening should make prior arrangements with the vendor chairman.

Vendor opening and closing times: Friday, Sept. 9, 11a.m. – 10 p.m.
Saturday, Sept. 10, 9 a.m. – 10 p.m.
Vendor teardown time: After 10 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 10 or on Sunday, Sept. 11.

I/We the undersigned do hereby agree to follow the rules and guidelines set forth by the MelonFest Committee, the Jackson County Commissioners and the Town Council of Brownstown, Indiana. I/We also understand and do so agree not to hold the Brownstown MelonFest and/or its members responsible for any accidents, lost, stolen or damaged property.
